Diplomat Solitaire Instructions

Diplomat Solitaire is a two deck solitaire crd game where the player deals 8 piles of 4 cards into two wings on each side of 8 foundations. The top card in each one of these piles can be moved to another pile, or to the foundations. The piles are buit down by suit, while the 8 foundatons are built up by suit from Ace to King. The cards that are not initially dealt into these piles are placed into a stock pile, and can be dealt one at a time into a waste pile. The top card in the waste pile can be moved to the 8 piles on the wings of the foundations, or to the foundations. When the player has dealt all the cards from the stock pile into the waste pile, he make move all the cards left in the waste pile back into the stock pile and deal them again (in all versions but single pass Diplomat Solitaire).
